Petit Anse is a local Company owned and operated by Mr. Phillip Clift, a British national.
The project involved the development of 52,570 sq. ft of land at Laurant Point, Mt. Alexander; St. Patrick’s to construct a thirteen (13) unit resort. The project also includes;
- A forty (40) seat restaurant and bar.
- A 240 sq. ft swimming pool.
- A local craft and souvenir shop.
The thirteen bedroom facility comprise of six (6) single cottages and two (2) duplex cottages. The other three (3) bedrooms are incorporated into the project’s main building which also include the forty (40) seat restaurant & bar, reception front office and souvenir shop. The bedrooms in the facility are self contained with living room, bath and porch.
The project commenced implementation on January 10th 2006 and during the construction phase of the development an average of twenty-five (25) persons were employed. The project was officially opened on March 3rd 2009.
Petit Anse now employs an average of eighteen (18) persons in its day to day operation.
